Odora Coleman, Principal
Odora Coleman is the proud principal of Kelly Mill MedPro Middle School, where she is committed to cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and student-centered learning.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2011 and began her educational journey as a high school English teacher in 2012. Driven by a passion for leadership and educational equity, she went on to earn a Master of Education in Administration and Supervision from Liberty University in 2017.
Mrs. Coleman joined Richland School District Two in 2017 and continued as an assistant principal in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in instructional leadership, teacher development, and school improvement. She is an active member of professional organizations including the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA) and the South Carolina Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (SCASCD). In recognition of her dedication and leadership, she was named a SCASCD Emerging Leader in 2022.
With a heart for students and a vision for excellence, Mrs. Coleman proudly leads the Kelly Mill MedPro Middle School community in living out the belief that “Excellence is not an act, but a habit.”

Jamie Westmoreland, 6th Assistant Principal
Mr. James Westmoreland is a dedicated educator and school leader with extensive experience in Richland School District Two, where he has served both as a classroom teacher and assistant principal. He began his career teaching science and took on leadership roles at the school and district levels before moving into administration.
Mr. Westmoreland has led initiatives focused on academic support and student leadership. His work spans a wide range of areas including instructional support and scheduling to special services, discipline, and community engagement. He is known for developing systems that help schools run efficiently while keeping student growth and staff support at the center.
He holds advanced degrees in Education Administration and Divergent Learning, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He remains committed to public education as a force for opportunity and excellence.
Outside of school, Mr. Westmoreland enjoys road trips with his wife and two sons, exploring new places, and making lasting memories as a family.

Jasmine Evans, 7th Assistant Principal
With 28 years of dedicated service in education, Mrs. Jasmine Evans is a passionate advocate for equity, respect, and student success. She lives by the belief that “Everyone is different. Expect it and respect it”.
Mrs. Evans began her career as a second-grade teacher in Georgia before joining Richland School District Two in 2000. She taught sixth-grade English and Math at E.L. Wright Middle School and transitioned into leadership as an assistant principal in 2004. She currently serves as assistant principal at Kelly Mill Med Pro Middle School, where she supports students, staff, and families through a shared commitment to academic growth, character development, and school-wide excellence.
Mrs. Evans holds a Specialist Degree and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University.
She is married to Pheolian Evans IV, and together they have five children, Brandon, Asia, Pheolian V, Winter, and Lauren. Outside of school, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and relaxing on beach vacations.

GeGe Harris, 8th Assistant Principal
Mr. Ghanbria Harris, aka Coach Harris, is proud to serve as the Assistant Principal at Kelly Mill Middle School, bringing over 23 years of experience in education and a deep commitment to student success. He began his career as a middle school PE teacher and basketball coach, where he developed a passion for fostering a positive school climate and supporting the social-emotional growth of all students.
Coach Harris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University.
In his role as Assistant Principal, Coach Harris focuses on enhancing instructional practices and fostering strong partnerships among the school, families, and the community. He is known for his approachable leadership style and dedication to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Outside of school, Coach Harris enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 kids, cooking, watching sports, and tailgating with family and friends. He looks forward to continuing his work with the students, staff, and families of Kelly Mill Middle School to ensure every learner thrives.
